Patton and Boggs on M St. is pursuing a LEED rating and SBP performed the commissioning inspections to determine if the energy related systems perform to the standards of the Owner’s Project Requirements. The SBP commissioning team inspected and tested the building systems to identify items requiring attention. The commissioning process serves as an effective tool for the creation of a high performance building.
