BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS

Northrop Grumman recently relocated their corporate headquarters to Northern Virginia. This move included a full building major renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems at the existing facility. As part of this process SBP performed and energy model of the proposed fit-out to demonstrate compliance with LEED Energy & Atmosphere Credit 1.3 for Optimized Energy Performance – HVAC. The project was approved for all (10) available EAc1.3 points by the GBCI and was awarded a LEED Gold Certification.
